Returns & Exchanges

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a full refund from within 30 days of your return request. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase to the original payment method. Please return the parcel with original invoice or packing slip included. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

Where is my return?

Once your return package is en route to our warehouse, the return process initiates. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of its acceptance or decline. This procedure may take up to 5 business days from the Delivered status in your return tracking information. Kindly allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

May I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

May you help with a damaged item?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Kindly send a photo of the damaged product, along with your information, to galtsandmovement@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you in finding a resolution. Please be aware that any damaged items reported beyond the 30-day return window are ineligible for return or refund.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can usually within 24 to 48 hours.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-25 business days.

When will you restock items?

Due to high demand, you may find that some of our items are currently unavailable. We are working hard to do restocks as efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience.

Where is my order?

After placing an order, please allow a processing time of two to four business days for packing and shipping from our warehouse. Once shipped, an email containing your tracking information will be sent for online package tracking. The delivery time from the shipping date to your location may take up to 25 business days, depending on your location.

My parcel is missing. Would you please help?

Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Do you ship globally?

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
